Un accueil super chaleureux !!! Très serviable, à l'écoute de nos demandes !!! Petit déjeuner sympa dans un cadre charmant !!!

This was our first night in Palermo and could not have been better. Communication with the owner before our arrival was flawless and she responded quickly to any questions. Our room was extremely clean, bright, and comfortable. The suggestions on restaurants, cultural highlights, and transportation were all very succinct and accurate.

I liked the idea of the style and the building itself is nice

There was a smell of trash in loft area but couldnt tell if that was the city or had to do with the room. The cleanliness wasnt to my standards but that may differ for someone else. I do think the room could be updated (2021?) And the key card... like the comforter instance were not clean and the orange had a smell; honestly I preferred to sleep with the towel over the sheet. The walls had scuff marks from peoples suitcases and I did have to wipe a lot down.

La chambre moderne et confort

1- La chambre était au RdC de la cour de l’immeuble donc on entend tout !!! La porte d’entrée qui claque quand qq1 rentre, quand ils prennent l’ascenseur… on entend tout. Trop bruyant 2- on ne voit pas de lumière du jour, chambre au RdC et qui fait sousplex Toujours la lumière allumée 3- trop de code pour rentrer : code porte d’entrée, code porte chambre, code pour salle petit dejeuner 4- petit dejeuner moyen. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de jus d’orange frais

The location was excellent - an easy walk from the train station and close to markets, marina, night life and the main sights of Palermo. The room was amazing - we had a corner room on the third floor with two balconies and beautiful views. Clean, safe, sunny, luxurious and quiet. The breakfast was great and they made us a packed breakfast for the next day as we had to leave early.

It was perfect.

Bardzo ładny, klasycznie urządzony pokój w dobrej lokalizacji. Blisko do najważniejszych atrakcji miasta. Fantastyczna obsługa, pomocna na każdym kroku. Śniadania smaczne, duży wybór. Szczerze polecam!
