Not as close to town as we would have liked but Emanuele was very helpful with directions to the B&B, and with restaurants, mode of transport etc. Breakfast was good with Emanuele giving us a choice of what we would like. This place and it's beautiful surroundings is perfect for anyone not wanting to be in the hustle and bustle of town.

All was very good and nice

Amazing! It was exactly what we were looking for, a relaxing place to stay while we visited Bologna and other villages/cities in the area. One of the best things: having breakfast outside in the garden

One window’s blinds is broken and should be fixed (no problem if you don’t mind a bit of light in the early morning)

The property is in a quiet beautiful area surrounded by fields. The morning view from our window was great. Its only a 20 minute walk to the bus stop and/or station. The train is only an 8 minute ride to bologna centrale. Breakfast was simple but enough - fresh croissant, yogurt and toast crackers.

The walk to bus stop/station is abit dangerous - no lights in the street we had to use our mobile torches at night for safety. Plan your travel times back to the b&b as trains and buses are less frequent after a certain time and taxis are so expensive!!

Good location

Lots of stairs-spiral staircase. Bed was hard. Breakfast was very minimal.

Emanuele was so kind , patient , wonderfully helpful and gracious. He extended us incredible customer service. His dedication is remarkable.
