The place is really nice, with big beautiful garden, room was very big, clean, has AC and bed was comfortable. Breakfast is simple (croissant, cookies, rusks, jam, youghurt, coffee, juice), but ok for a start.

Everything was awesome except for the insulation issues You can hear in the room, all the doors of the other residents.That's the only reason for the 9 out of 10. Will be comfortable for people with dogs,and car

a shower curtain would definitely help, without the water is splashing everywhere,

Our host was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room itself was spacious and spotlessly clean. Although the bathroom was separate from the room, we were aware of this beforehand, so it wasn't a major inconvenience for us. However, it's worth noting for future guests. Overall, we had a positive experience, and I would recommend this place to others, keeping in mind the bathroom arrangement and breakfast offerings. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to stay near Bologna but away from the city hustle.

The only downside was the breakfast, which was rather light and more like a snack, especially for someone with a bigger appetite like me.
