Room was very clean , layout of the whole apartment was well presented!!

Couldn’t use the cooker or oven only the microwave , I would have liked to have cooked. Otherwise host was nice and pleasant. Thank you.

Location.

The location was perfect. Across the street is the entrance to the port. From here it was very easy to wander Genoa.

Just two small things. 1) The outlets to plug in devices are in convenient if you're not young 😅 and 2) I like having a front desk person.

Young lady who greeted us was really sweet, friendly and welcoming. Location of the rooms is great close to city centre and main attractions. Common kitchen for 3 apartments is very clean and has all of the appliances to prepare a meal. Great coffee machine with lots of coffee at hand to use. Paper towel, detergent and sponge (old) is provided. There is camera in shared kitchen, and you feel uneasy when observed while preparing food and eating. Sleeping room is clean but rather small, max 2 people with all the luggage. It has air conditioning and TV and bathroom of decent size equipped with toiletries.

Sleeping room is rather dark as window absorbs only limited amount of sunlight as building is squeezed and build tightly next to other buildings. This is old building with mix of residents and empty unrenovated spaces with common hallways and stairs not maintained on regular basis. Very small elevator hardly fits 2 persons and small luggage. Bad has hard mattress uncomfortable for sleeping, woke up every single morning in pain like I slept on the bench. There was additional sofa in room but it looked worn out even though it can be converted into bed for additional person. Bad sound isolation, and water pressure machine can be heard all trough the day working as apartment is on 5th floor of old building.
