Perfect location serounded by vinyards. It is only 5 min driving from penzano. Very quite and relaxing. It is only 4 big apartments all of the are very nice, clean and mainained perfectly. Breakfast is great, fresh and good quality. They have their own winery which is highly rated. Unfortunately, the tasting were fully booked when we stayed there.

Everything! Very quiet location, nice pool, nice breakfast, dog friendly. They exceeded our expectations!

Doors are not sound proof, but with just 4 rooms there are not many people making noise.

everything about this property was superb! the grounds, the views of Ponzano, the yummy breakfast, the nice and dedicated staff, the wine, the spacious apartments. it was a complete gem of a find. p
