It was zo beautiful. Really chill hotel with a lovely view. Location also 10/10. You can walk to so many wineries. The hotel Winery, Gagiole is also super nice! Highly recommend!!

Everything! Staff, location, the wine! It really made our Tuscany experience so special. Our only regret is not being able to stay longer. Dinner recommendations were very helpful, and the property is stunning. We were able to have a private tour of the cellar from Cosimo which was very enjoyable. We can't wait to drink our Gagliole wines back in Australia. Couldn't recommend La Vellatta and Gagliole and higher.

La Valletta is simply PERFECT. The estate is a gorgeous authetic tuscan Agriturrismo with modern facilities and furniture on the inside. Overlooking the most breathtaking view of vast forrest and vineyards. My wife and I stayed at the UVA Apartment which was very spacious with a lovely living room, a kitchen that had literally every kitchen utencil you could need, a comfortable bedroom with a wide bed and a nice clean bathroom. The breakfast was delicious and you can ask for eggs to be made to your prefrence. The staff were extremly nice especially Angela who welcomed us at the check in and gave us a tour around the beautiful estate. If you're planning to travel to Chianti, La Valletta is defianatly the best place to stay. We are for sure coming back :)

The calmth you can find here is overwhelming and the people are very VERY lovely and want to help anyway they can. The rooms and everything were perfect and super comfortable - if you are a tall dutchie like I am these beds are a little on the small side but that’s quickly forgiven. you don’t have your own balcony or terrace but you get a private set of table + chairs.

if you are with car this is perfect, if not, it’s a little bit on the outside of places to see

The room was perfect. The view was incredible. Grounds were all beautifully kept and welcoming. The staff were all very nice and friendly. I have nothing but good things to say. 10/10 would recommend

Beautiful place in the heart of Chianti countryside, perfect for exploration of one of the most beautiful regions of the world. It is very clean, the view is amazing, the whole complex looks perfect (winery, vacation home, pool...), hoist Angela is very professional and provides you with all necessary information (about holiday home, nearby restaurants, shops etc), the rest of staff are great also, breakfast is nice (in beautiful breakfast room), you have more than enough parking, beds are comfy, price is not too huge for this kind of experience. Communication with property is perfect also, you get free espresso and two bottle of their great wine (one red and one white wine bottle). Nearby village Panzano is must visit place, probably one of the nicest villages you can see in your life.

The wardrobe, doors and similar things are little bit old so some of these things are hard to open and close and opening/closing can be noisy. The lights in the living room of our apartment are bad, it looks almost depressing in the night (but you don't spend any time there at all in the night so for us it wasn't big issue). The towels are changed only after 2 days and you don't have room cleaning or changing of the linen. If they clean rooms, change linen and provide you with more towels it would be easy to give this property a perfect score.
