The location of the property is beautiful and close to many nearby towns that are worth a visit. The staff were very attentive and happy to help with any requests. Our room was very clean and possibly one of the comfiest beds I've slept in. We also did a wine tasting and the wines are very nice. Olivia the cat said hello to us every evening and definitely added extra charm to the property.

No complaints, but one improvement could be mugs in the room instead of disposable cups.

The location was absolutely perfect, not just the facilities themselves but also the area around it. Panzano was such a cute town to have dinner. The staff were so friendly and lovely. I can't say enough wonderful things about my stay here.

I recommend staying here because it really is a heavenly place. Beautiful Tuscan views, pleasant and kind staff. Also delicious wine. Thanks to Angela and everyone else for their help, we felt right at home. The breakfasts are delicious. We really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely come back!

Wow. Expectations exceeded! Loved the pool, loved the breakfast (able to accommodate my gluten free needs!), loved the 24 hour wine room, loved our apartment, loved the property, loved the staff and the property cat!

The bed and pillows were not comfortable. No microwave in the apartment kitchen so I couldn’t heat up my leftovers easily. There is an oven and stove but not many oven safe dishes - and I have celiac so putting my food on the oven rack risked cross contamination. Angela did provide me with a disposable oven plate when I asked, so they was great. They had a microwave in the breakfast kitchen but I was told I could not use it due to security reasons. Small issues. I would 100000% recommend anyone to stay here!
