This was a great place to stay. So good i extended my stay..Jaya the host waa really helpful and the garden is beautiful and quiet.. a really peaceful.. near to the beach, shops and other restaurants

Забронировали. Когда приехали мест не было, но хозяин предложил лучшую виллу за туже цену, она была просторнее и кроме нас в ней никого не было, кроме хозяев внизу.

Einfach aber zweckmäßig. Auf einem Gartengrundstück gelegen, auf dem der sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite und sehr zuvorkommende Vermieter mit seiner Familie lebt. Wir haben sehr gut gefrühstückt und öfter auch am Abend dort gegessen. Der Weg zum Strand ist einfach und kurz. Wir sind länger geblieben als geplant, weil wir uns hier rund um wohl gefühlt haben. Zum Schluss hat Jaya noch einen Shuttle zum Flughafen organisiert. Geheimtipp für uns war der Gewürzladen von Bekannten in Bentota (unbedingt empfehlenswert)!

We have spent 3 nights at New Jaya Villa and it was great. The place is very peaceful, with many plants and flowers all around. Nice terrasse to spend time on and very quiet, no noise at night or during the day :) The owner and his family are very nice, friendly and welcoming. Breakfasts were great (Western breakfast or Sri Lankan breakfast). There is milk with hot drinks and there are always fruits and delicious things to eat! There is also a restaurant where you can eat lunch and dinner (this is also where you eat breakfast in the morning), we haven't tried the restaurant but we're sure it's delicious! There is no laundry service, but we could easily do it across the street. It's perfectly located close to the beach and nice restaurants, as well as 6min walking distance from the bus stop. When we were there it was really hot, so the roof fan was just enough, but another fan would have been great :) Wi-Fi wasn't working during our stay but we had our own connexion and data, so it wasn't a problem. The bedroom and bathroom were big, clean and confortable. There is hot water (even though it was absolutely not necessary when we were there lol). We really recommend to stay there! And if it's too hot, do not hesitate to book the AC rooms with nice terasse on the upper floor. Thanks for everything!

The beautiful well kept gardens, the friendly helpful owners, the amazing food, the excellent well maintained rooms, the efficient air conditioning, the location.
