Everything about this place is awesome! Jaya is a super host and an all rounder. He has maintained the place so well. Super clean and green. Budget friendly. The food was awesome. Rooms are really nice. Must stay here if you are in Bentota. Will definitely visit again. Thank you, Jaya!! :)

Spacious and clean room that opens to a beautiful garden with a little porch where you can eat your meals. Jaya is very friendly and a great cook, we ate dinner there twice and loved the food. Great location that is tucked away from the main road and is a short walk to the beach. Highly recommend!

Amazing place with amazing host. It is really clean. The owner is nice and helpful guy. It was pleasure to talk to him. What is important for me - our host knows different kinds of diet, including vegan. He picked us up from the train station for free without any problem. The room is big and there is a lot of space AC works perfect. No problem with insects also. Thank you, Jaya!

"Enjoyed the stay at Jaya villa."

Spacious room with a kitchen and a fridge. Such a green background around the house. Bathroom also had all the essentials including hot water. Owner’s are caring and friendly. They had such a nice dog too. Best place if you are a pet lover and a nature lover.

Nothing to complain about.

Our best stay so far! The host is so nice (and honest)! He gave us tips and you could ask him for anything (laundry service as well). We got breakfast and dinner (very nice, he's a good cook!). We also did the mangrove tour with him, he give us a fair price (prices online a way overpriced). We payed 7.500LKR and was a nice 2 hour tour. Really recommend this place. Few minutes walk to a really nice and quiet beach.

It was out of the ordinary, with a variety of tropical trees acting as a canopy from the midday Sun🌞 In fact was a mini Kew Gardens with Many, Many different Trees adding, Tranquil, Variety and Intriguing too.

Perhaps more protection against the small flying objects

Really nice place with a lovely garden to sit in, our room was great, clean and big and the kitchen was an added bonus! Friendly and helpful staff. Not far from the beach or town.
