It was a great place to stay at the beginning and end of our trip in Sri Lanka. The cafe was lovely and staff really friendly and welcoming. It was a good location and off the Main Street so fairly quiet except the odd construction sound.

Alles war top und das Kumbuk Café ist ein toller Ort zum Verweilen...

Das Zimmer war etwas ringhörig. Abends war es kein Problem, weil das Café um 18.00 schloss, jedoch morgens hörte man die ersten Gäste. Ich würde jedoch immer wieder hin, weil die Atmospähre schön ist und stimmig ist.

It was peaceful, private, very clean, minimalist style - overall a great relaxing vibe in Colombo. With the added bonus of the fantastic Cafe Kumbuk just downstairs! And the staff were very friendly.
