Wunderschöne Unterkunft, wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Zimmer war traumhaft und das Bad sehr sauber. Das Frühstück im Cafe Kubuk war ausgezeichnet. Klare Empfehlung!

Amazing location, close to EVERYWHERE! Top rated cafe below so that was lovely. The room was spacious and beautifully styled. One of my favourite stays in Colombo.

Street parking! Otherwise was fine.

Worst experience ever! Cancelled my reservation in the last minute and didn't notify me by calling me. In the midnight after I landed in SriLanka I have nowhere to sleep!

The place is nice and cozy, great location close to my fav places. I’ve been there twice and will come back again for sure. Rooms are cute and cozy.

The only bad thing is the noise. First thing is AC - very loud in both rooms I’ve been, so not possible for me to keep it running during the night. Luckily I’m early bird but if you are planning to sleep in this is not the place as there is cafe downstairs and you can hear everything in the room.

Clean and spacious; beautiful room and loved the cafe downstairs. Also off the main road while still in a good location.

The AC ventilator got really loud during the night as if it is overheating so I had to turn it off every now and then. Also, there is rats in the roof so you hear something moving/crawling out of nowhere during the night. If you are a light sleeper it can be a bit rough to sleep here without ear plugs
