Breakfast in the Cafe Kumba was super delicious. Best coffee I had in Sri Lanka too. Cute shop. We were here hardly at all as our flight was delayed but it was great. Would return. Really friendly/helpful staff - even at late hour when we arrived so late.

Once ww managed to gain entrance to our room everything went wonderfully. Breakfasts were exeptional.

We arrived after the premises had closed so had to rely on using whatsapp for messages to access our room. Unfortunatley the wifi passwords didnt work.

שהינו רק לכמה שעות לפני טיסת לילה. המקום נראה חביב. הבנו שבית הקפה שלו מאוד נחשב אך הוא היה סגור לרגל שיפוצים.

זרם המים היה חלש. בהתחלה לא היו מים חמים עד שהגיעו לסדר. (הגיעו מהר) החדרים נראו חמודים אבל היו קצת ישנים.

Well located, friendly staff, great cafe on site.

Great accomodation; room was spacious and clean and nice bathroom. The staff were very helpful, they let us store luggage before check in and after check out. The attached Cafe Kumbuk had some great food and drink available. Short 10 minute tuk tuk ride to the centre of Colombo.

I arrived late in the evening, after midnight due to the flight arrival time at 1030pm. The staff had already left for the night, clear instructions had been sent to me advising how to get into the property, however I felt a little uneasy as a solo female arriving so late and having to check myself in.

Beautiful clean design. Comfortable bed. The cafe downstairs is really nice.

- The room have very little space to put clothings - It would be nice if guest would at least get a discount when they eat breakfast at the in-house cafe since breakfast is not included. It was written on the Menue but they said if you are a booking.com guest you are treated differently which is a bit weird.
