The rooms were a little damp and the bathrooms could have been better designed.

Séjour très agréable à Jnane Leila. En ce mois d'avril, nous avons pu profiter des espaces extérieurs très agréables : jardin verdâtre, piscine rafraîchissante, tentes berbères ombragées pour déjeuner ou apprécier une bonne bierre. Les logements étaient typiques et confortables.

Le dîner, très bon par ailleurs, manque de quantité au vu des tarifs.

Le personnel et surtout Fatimazahra d'une gentillesse et bienveillance incroyable !!!! Le cadre est sympa tres reposant

lo mejor de la estancia es la villa en general se respira aire fresco, las instalaciones increíbles y el personal muy agradable y esta para lo que se necesite, sin duda volveré en cuanto pueda.

el desayuno es basico pero se podría mejorar alguna que otra cosa, como añadir mas complementos para la comida y el te de hierbabuena le falta algo de sabor, también como recomendación, añadir en cada zona de la estancia su respectiva contraseña de wifi para no estar buscando al personal y preguntado por ella; ejemplo la piscina y en las habitaciones mismas, son cosas pequeñas pero que marcan mucho la diferencia a la hora de alojarse y se agradece mucho

L'endroit est un havre de paix pour ceux qui recherchent la quiétude ! De multiples endroits aménagés en Salon privé pour ceux qui souhaitent plus d'intimité. Le personnel est très sympathique, gentil et toujours disponible. Les chambres sont spacieuses, type suite. J'ai tout apprécié dans cet endroit atypique et j'y reviendrais très certainement.

Pour être honnête, je n'avais aucune exigence à mon arrivée et je n'ai eu aucune déception !

À taille humaine, à seulement 10 m’ en taxi du centre. Calme avec un magnifique jardin. Des chambres agréables, un personnel au petits soins. Il me tarde d’y retourner.

As soon as you step inside Jnane Leila you feel like you’ve stepped into your very own secret garden, the perfect place to slow down and relax away from the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. The gardens are absolutely beautiful both during the day and at night and perfectly maintained. Really safe for families. It just feels like a slower pace than you get at the bigger more flashy hotels, perfect for a relaxing holiday. The food was really good, both breakfast and the à la carte menu, and lovely to enjoy drinks by the pool. The staff are all very welcoming and really helpful organising taxis / late check ins etc.

Nothing really! Just things to be aware of - The pool was chilly as it was April - but that was the same everywhere we stayed on this trip so down to the time of year. Didn’t stop us using it! And you will need to arrange taxis in and out of the city centre which is about 100D to the main square. You need to order these about 20 mins before you need them. You need cash for the food and drink.

O Hotel é mesmo muito bonito... com plantas super bem cuidadas e as áreas comuns muito bem decoradas. O pessoal de lá é mesmo muito atencioso, e incríveis com crianças. Sempre que houve alguma falha, foram super rápidos a atender o nosso pedido. No fim, pudemos ficar lá até tarde, à espera do nosso voo, e ainda nos deram um quarto para tomar banho...

De manhã, já perto da hora final do pequeno almoço, começou a faltar comida. (isto quando o hotel estava com mais pessoas)... ainda assim, conseguimos todos comer uma boa dose.
