The stuff absolutely perfect. You will enjoy the breakfast and the atmosphere of the house.

We just had to wait longer for hot water before shower. But we were so satisfied, that I forgot to mention that to the owners. :-)

Perfect place for us, in a village outside Óbidos. Secure parking, restaurant and cafe nearby. Lovely garden to relax in, even the church bells were appealing.

Loved our 2 night stay here! Teresa was informative and kind, her home lovely and spacious. Great location with a fabulous dinner at a neighborhood restaurant. Would definitely return!

Perfect stay here. Old school bed and breakfast run by lovely people. Room was great. Breakfast was good. Location = super close to Obidos (sightseeing) and Caldas da Rainha (proper local town for dinner) - you can get ubers from the place to either.

Really beautiful comfortable house with the best king size bed- so comfortable! The hosts are interesting and warm people who are very helpful. Small Details like milk in the mini fridge in your room along with a coffee maker and hot water kettle really make this a very charming stay.

Teresa and Jan are incredible hosts. Teresa and Jan gave us the best information possible to enable us to plan our visit around the area. Our room was so comfortable and we had a lovely warm welcome - it felt as if we were staying with friends.. Every morning we had the most delicious breakfast, with hams, cheeses, yogurts, cereals, breads - and we both relished the wonderful free-range scrambled eggs we had every day. Finishing our breakfast off with a coffee and pastel de nata was really indulgent - but we managed it. Everything about our stay was perfect and Teresa and Jan took time to help us in any way we needed. We would love to return and stay here.

It was lovely staying in this comfortable, homey spot. We loved having the opportunity to “pick the brains” of our host, Teresa, at breakfast each morning. She directed us to several places we would not have otherwise gone. (Bacalhoa Buddha Eden was a highlight of our trip!). It was also nice staying outside the hub of the tourism world, though it did mean that there were limited options for dinner nearby (though one good restaurant within walking distance). Breakfast was delicious.

We were there in the midst of many very rainy days and experienced a very musty smell one night. Not sure what one can do about it given how damp the world was, but if anyone is particularly sensitive, this could be an issue. It was not a problem after a day of less rain.
