"Clean, convenient, cozy place we will stay again"

The house is spic and span with care to details. We love chatting with the hosts over yummy, healthy breakfast. They made our stay so comfortable and enjoyable, like at the house of close friends. Many sites are within a short drive.

"Hidden gem!"

From the moment those white gates opened, we were embraced by the warmth and hospitality of Teresa and Janice and their lovely home. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the complimentary gininha in a little carafe in the room was a delightful surprise. Breakfast was very good, and my husband's gluten and lactose issues were accommodated. Great location for driving into the old town.

It was a little hard to find. At first we drove past it. The property is a lovely yellow and the gates are white ... might help to provide that information in the directions maybe?

Hosts are very accommodating giving lots of information about the area and that this is a good place to use as a base location while exploring the surrounding areas. About an hour drive from Lisbon.

There was nothing to not like.

Lovely place, spacious room, lovely breakfasts, great hosts.

If you don't have your own transport, phone ahead for the number of a taxi driver who knows the place. Some don't and will take you anywhere!

"Awesome stay"

Liked just about everything. It's a cozy place in a quiet area next to lovely Obidos. The hostesses are mega friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Totally recommend the stay.
