Perfect place - a historic cottage beautifully appointed, with modern facilities added. Very clean, with many period pieces of furniture and decor. Lovely rural setting. We found many places in the area booked out, and really fell on our feet here - will certainly return

Lovely cottage. Welcoming host. Beautiful setting.

Kitchen across lawn in seperate old hut was presented well, however it smelt old and musty. No hot water in the kitchen.

Lovely hosts who also run an art gallery in Roxburgh which is worth checking out. Cottage was warm, clean and comfortable with great amenities. Loved the detached kitchen. Very quiet location.
