Sehr nettes kleines B&B. Nette Gastgeberin, die sich gut um ihre Gäste kümmert und gute Tipps gibt. Großes Zimmer, aber ohne wirkliches Fenster. War für uns aber kein Problem, und es war sehr ruhig. Hatten das leider schon anders erlebt.

It was beautiful and a convenient location.

It was very hard to get in contact with the property. Our flight got delayed, and I wanted to give them a heads up, but the number given always went to voicemail.

The host was lovely and welcomed us on arrival. The property was really nice, clean and pretty.

El residencial es una casa antigua colonial muy cálida , desde la decoración colorida hasta la atención personalizada de sus dueños . Apenas llegue ya me sentí como en mí propia casa , feliz de haber elegi de o este hospedaje desde mí casa ! Me gustó más de lo que parece en las fotos ! Muy abundante el desayuno y hermosas las habitaciones y comidas . Está en barrio de Miraflores que esta muy bien ubicado para poder ir a otros barrios . A 7 cuadras del Parque Kennedy. Cerca del Museo Amano . No tan lejos del MAC. Hay cerca algún restorán con la cocina típica de Peru. Realmente un placer la atención . Me prometí volver allí la próxima vez que vaya a Lima

Wonderful place and a very nice host. Beautiful old world charm, hot water and a comfortable clean bed. Our host let us stay till we had to leave for the airport which was in the night. Truly appreciate her generosity.

We stayed twice at this cute little place. It is such a gem! Beautifully decorated, very central to everything in Miraflores. All the streets around are safe to walk through at night. Beautiful Husky dog. Simple but filling breakfast. The owner has many tips and recommendations about places and activities in Lima. We're totally grateful for the very late check out the owner gave us due to our super late flight. Muchas gracias!!

We had concerns about street noise getting into our room (the room faced the street), but it wasn't an issue. Keep in mind, you will get smoke in the room from people who smoke in the court yard if you open the window. Please add a floor matt in the bathroom. 😊

Very helpful and friendly owner. She ordered a taxi for us to our bus terminal and asked the bus company if we can change terminal since we booked one far away. We arrived almost around midnight which was not a problem for check-in. At breakfast she made us try a delicious peruvian fruit. The shower was super easy to handle (we are travelling since 1.5 months in South America and sometimes it was difficult to control the temperature so we were very happy about the nice shower). The beds were super comfy. All in all the best room we have had so far on our trip through South America.

In the morning it got noisy. Our window was facing the street.

Clean spacious room in lovely stately house, generous breakfast, friendly hosts, hot shower on demand, keys allowing you to come and go (rather than ring every time), tea kettle in room. Great location - short walk to restaurants and attractions. We forgot a phone when we departed, and the proprietress couriered it to us right away!
