Beautiful room with hot shower and kettle. Very friendly hosts and a good breakfast with fresh fruit. Very centrally located.

"The place met the basic needs"

The Hosts were friendly and helpful. The Breakfast was pleasant. The location is wonderful ... just about everything within walking distance. My favorite thing was walking to Huaca Pucllana Pyranids (a leisurely walk).

The Room was large, but the wall-mounted A/C unit did not work (not because it was hot; but because without it, there are no windows for ventilation). So, the room often felt stuffy. The host added a pedestal fan (which i appreciated). The bathroom was cramped and the shower didn't drain fast enough (so the water would overflow onto the bathroom floor.

"True hospitality in a heirloom house"

Best welcome to Peru we could have wished for, after a long and challenging flight. Ana Maria has a warm personality, the house is simply gorgeous, the staff helpful. Also location wise it’s idéal

Centrally located to nearby ruins and Kennedy Park. Lots of options for food and entertainment. Hostess was excellent and helpful a in arranging taxis and sightings for food and activities.

"Superb"

Very attentive staff, spacious room. The B&B is cozy and very well located.

Breakfast is simple and the same every day and our room was near the street, so it was a little noisy in the morning.

Everything. Traditional aesthetic and decor. Great location. Ana was the most hospitable and helpful host....one of the nicest stays we've had anywhere in the world.....37 stars!!

"Good stay in Lima"

The room is very spacious and comfy. The shower is hot with a good water pressure. Breakfast is simple but good. The staff is very nice. Restaurants and bars are nearby. To the metro bus it's about 10min walk.

My room faced the street, so it could be noisy at night.
