The owner is very helpful and kind. Even if he's communicative, he will offer all the privacy and space to enjoy yourself. The location was truly an advantage, since you could arrive in the key areas of the city in 10-12 minutes by car/Bolt.

Not really a complaint, but maybe a small improvement: add a bed side lamp since the only light source is quite strong after dark. If you want to chill in the room, it could help create a cozier atmosphere 😁

The manager is ok and also he is friendly guy. He offered me a coffee in the morning. Mosquitos net. I've got an an invoice before check-out. There are 2-3 shops within area (5 minutes waliking) . Parking is available free of charge

Everything is old, dusty and dirty. I suppose that TV set is from 1995. No a/c system. No Wifi. No sleppers.

Host is very supportive and friendly, he came to the train station almost at midnight to take us to the apartment with his car, offering good coffee and lots of tips. Thank you very much! Although not pretentious and very central, the accommodation is good to explore beautiful Sibiu and it is a very good place to stay. Great value for money and great hospitality. We will be back

We had a very short stay.

The host was warm and pleasant.

Even though the bathroom had natural ventilation, it had an awful smell. We kept the window open during the night, but to no avail. The smell was so intense that you could barely stand for a few minutes. The bathroom overall could be cleaner. The sockets position had no relation with the furniture. It was difficult to charge the phone because the normal length cord was too short to place the phone on the floor or on a piece of furniture (chair, table etc.). The only socket that allowed you to keep your phone on a horizontal surface (the floor) was poorly isolated. Thus, if you didn't handle it very carefully, you risked being electrocuted.
