We arrived quite late in the evening and were ravnenous. When we checked the menu, it seemed like there were only meat options. However when the staff spke to us and realised we needed alternative options, they were very quick to make the arrangements for us. In addition, we needed an early morning taxi to catch our train so they made the necessary arrangements for us and even served us coffee for breakfast, even though their kitchen was still closed.

The location was tough to reach without a car and public transport/taxis were not very accessible from the nearest station.

The breakfast and scenery is good. The owners are nice and helpful.

Our family is not used to disposable towels. The toiletries are individual packs which is not environmentally friendly. The pillows, mattresses, and the blankets in one of the rooms are not comfortable.

The property was beautifully managed. We had all the needs met. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. We loved everything about beautiful Biei and Furano region.

Beds could be improved. It wiuld have been better if we could open windows.

What a lovely cozy house in the wood! Everything was perfect, clean and comfortable room, attentive staff, great breakfast, and gorgeous snow vibes of winter.

Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating.

Warm welcoming+ friendly , Food(dinner+breakfast)…Omg!! Fantastic , Feeling like stay in cozy home. This place fulfill my trip in Biei. Strongly recommended.
