Cozy, clean and nice staff. Very helpful with tuktuks and to go meals for our sunrise hike

The host is so nice. In the evening I have to work and a little bit cold, the host give me a glass of hot water to warm up. Very beautiful house with birds, cat and dog. I love it.

The house was so clean, comfortable, the owner and staff were super welcoming. There was hot water, and they offered breakfast with an additional charge if wanted. We extended our stay from one night to two because of how much we enjoyed! They also offer tips and explanations about nuwara and what to do there. Super happy!!

There is slight humidity due to the cold outside and being high up so there was slight moisture in the bathroom but was not a problem for us (this is almost in all of nuwara)

They welcomed us very friendly and the room was good, the price was just right and the breakfast was good for the day. We arrived later than expected and the owner waited for us, what we really liked. They helped us to arrange a daytrip to the tea factories and waterfalls, which was really good. Extra blanket for the room, because we were cold.

The windows are not good, so you can hear the noise from outside and it got quit cold in the room. We arranged a tuktuk to the trainstation and the driver charged us more, than we agreed with the cottage (he said because of the stop to get water, but the price was already quit high- in the end we paid the same as coming from the trainstation by car...)

Such a beautiful cottage with the most gracious , accommodating and lovely hosts (+ their cute kitten shishi)! Everything was wonderful - delicious food, cozy room, nice balcony and hot shower. Ragu took on me on a great bike tour and took the best care of me. Couldn't have asked for a better stay 🙏♥️

We had a lovely room at the Hill Town Cottage, well located in Nuwara Eliya for the tours we did. The Host was very accommodating - he made us a lovely breakfast in the morning and helped us order takeaway the night before. Dinner was available if needed, but we would have had to order earlier in the day. The room and bathroom were both lovely, nice warm duvet for the cooler temperature of Nuwara Eliya. Highly recommend.

It was difficult to get a taxi from the cottage earlier in the morning, so would recommend booking this in advance.

nice colonial cottage in a very good and decently quiet location. Very good breakfast and also very great dinner. Ragu was very caring and extremely helpful. He had very good tips and suggestions without imposing anything to us. We got tea and take-away breakfast at 4.30 am for hiking as well as 11 pm.

room was a bit small, but you can sit outside near the fireplace.
