Heavens Seven

We loved the view. The room was clean and comfortable. The owners are super lovely and friendly. The location is just perfect. Ella is touristy but it felt quiet and local here with more local restaurants closeby. We enjoyed the breakfast here too. 100% recommended and we would always come here again when back in Ella. If you come by train, walk the tracks to the accommodation (only 10 minutes walking). The train is really slow and you can hear it coming long before it's there. So no worries. Also the owner drew us a map for our hike up to Ella rock. We appreciated him a lot.

Great views, nice breakfast and friendly service

Not easy to find/access

The bed was so comfortable and also great bedding. You could look into the mountains while lying in the bed, a great look when waking up in the morning! Water was hot 🔥, view was very nice. It was also really clean. I also loved their little dog Leo, he was a gift - I love dogs and he sweetened the stay !! Also, I came with my car and had a secure parking spot, I had some short term trouble with my battery cause i forgot to turn out the headlights (stupid mistake), and the host and also neighbor (relative) gave everything in their power to help me over several hours and I appreciated that so much !! Everything turned out fine, but I just felt so much gratitude that they were supporting me with such an issue , I did not feel alone 🙏🏻

Of course the view in front of the homestay is now limited downwards because of the new building, however for me the great bead and reliable hot water and view was a good price-quality mix, also with the limited view. And the host family plus dog was so nice ! 🙏🏻 It would be nice to have breakfast upstairs on the own balcony so you can enjoy the view. Downstairs the view is really limited.

The people who owned the place were so nice! Increadibly friendly and helpfull. The place looked really nice and the view was amazing from our balcony. 10 minutes walk from the city, really nice! Would highly recommend .

Peaceful base to explore Ella, clean and with a hot shower

Heavens Seven was a perfect place for us to stay during our three days in Ella. A 10 minutes walk from the main town along the train tracks, it was quiet, peaceful and easy to find thanks to Ananda's instructions. The location was also great for our hike to Ella Rock, early one morning. Ananda and his family were fantastic with helping us book taxis, plan hikes and where to eat in the local area. Breakfast was generous and delicious and we were touched when Ananda came to see us off in town on our final day.

Wifi could have been stronger.

We had a very good time. Hosts were absolutely kind und helped us with recommendations for activities around. The view was stunning ! We can recommend a stay at this place for sure.

The room was not big, but it was comfortable to stay alone. It was a guesthouse with facilities that were appropriate, and you shouldn't expect more than that. It is about a 15-minute walk to the town center and about a 10-minute walk to Ella Station. The owner is also good at arranging taxis and providing information on tourist attractions.

Really nice accomodation with stunning view over Ella (Ella Rock, waterfall and train). The place is being runned by a really nice family who make you feel like home really quickly. Every morning they make breakfast for you on their own terrace in front of their house. They even were so nice to do our laundry. The main street of Ella with all the shops and restaurant is on a 5-10 minute walk over the train track (which is a really cool experience) and everbody does as its fastes way to commute
