The view from the rooms with balcony and also from the breakfast area can only be described by one word and that is AMAZING (see pictures). The owner and the staff are very friendly and helpful and gave us good hints for the planned hiking tours. The breakfast is also good, but it is more traditional sri lankan, which means various curries. My husband loved that.

The bathrom window/balcony door did lack some kind of bug protection net. Therefore you could not get good air circulation in the room, which also lead to some mold in the bathroom. No major issue, but in my oponion easily fixable.

This property had the most beautiful view. It was run by a super kind family. Our rooms had lovely balconies with hammocks and beanbags. We very much enjoyed sitting out there reading and chatting. Breakfast was varied and cooked freshly with so much food that we could never finish it. Such a lovely stay that was excellent value for money. Thank you for having us.

Wi-Fi was very patchy. This was not the fault of the owner who was incredibly proactive in trying his best to sort it out.

The VIEW is soo beautiful!!!

Uphill hike

One of our party's rooms was lovely - big, really comfortable bed, very clean, with an incredible balcony view. Breakfast overlooking the valley and waterfall was amazing.

The other room was dark and damp, with damp bedsheets, and badly lit with a blue UV light - it made our other guest quite uncomfortable overnight.

Great views from the room and nice breakfast. Short walk to town but no noise from the town either
