Perfect location and it felt quiet in this specific neighborhood. The host was very inviting and friendly. Free tea and coffee provided upstairs which was a lovely touch.

The bed was very uncomfortable unfortunately. I don't think I could sleep on it for more than 2 nights. Even a mattress topper would suffice. But overall amazing value for money!

Accueil expéditif à notre arrivée (par une autre personne). Assez vétuste. Quartier un peu pauvre pour trouver à dîner un oeu tard. Voisinage un peu flippant en soirée

Affordable rooms in a quiet and peaceful guesthouse. Rooms were simple but effective for the affordable price. Fan rooms do get very hot, but this is expected. Free drinking water refills was appreciated. Great location

There was a misunderstanding regarding check out time. Booking.com states that check out time is 12:30. However we were asked to leave at 12 (which was fine) and later found that check out time was actually 11 (I think ?). I recommend you clarify this for your stay.

Wonderful stay in Ayutthaya, very close to temple areas, laid back guest house, bicycles to ride, sweet family run place in quiet neighborhood and close to temples and food.

Blisko do głównych atrakcji. Stoliki przy których można wieczorem usiąść + bliskość sklepu 7-11. Ja byłem we wrześniu i okolica szybko się zamykała wiec ten element cieszył 🙂 Miła obsluga, woda ciepła. Za te pieniądze super.
