This property is in a great location for exploring Isla Holbox with many restaurants and bars surround it and it’s also only a 5 minute walk from the beach. The staff were great, very polite and helpful with many recommendations for the island. The breakfast was a perfect way to start the day and way above our expectations with pancakes, fresh fruit, yogurts, fresh juice etc. The pool was great to relax at after a day at the beach with options of sun loungers and bean bags. Our room on the ground floor had two fans and AC that was great to leave on and cool down the room during the day. We stayed 5 nights and our room was cleaned every morning to be spotless. We would definitely stay here again!

Every single thing! The proximity to the beach, the town, and restaurants was fabulous. Rooms and grounds are beautiful and give you a feeling of living (luxuriously) in a tree house in a tropical garden.

Chambre spacieuse et très propre, avec un personnel super gentil. Le petit déjeuner est très bon.

Points à améliorer : l’eau chaude et la pression de l’eau, qui mettent beaucoup de temps à arriver et ne durent que quelques secondes. La localisation est top proche du centre, mais il y a des nuisances sonores : un voisin mécanicien (bruits de travail) et un autre voisin avec de la musique très forte pendant les trois jours. À la longue, cela devient désagréable.

We had a very pleasant stay overall. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made a big difference to our experience. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and have a lovely island-style feel, and the location is excellent, just a short 3-minute walk from the beach. The atmosphere is very calm and relaxing, which we really appreciated. Nice breakfast too!

The only downside was the sound insulation in our room, as the walls were more like wooden panels, similar to cabins (see photo), so noise from the street/ birds could be heard quite easily, which affected our rest. However, its worth noting that other rooms seemed to have proper walls, so this issue may be specific to the room we were given. Overall, it’s a great place with a unique vibe, but the noise issue is something to keep in mind if you select the particular room or have sensitive sleep.
