The apartment was very comfortable, bed was very comfortable and all very clean. Host was lovely and very informative about what to do in Rotorua. The location was excellent.

It's a great location, away from the main drag, but close enough to walk to things if you want to. Jan has done a very nice job with the place. It's clean and fresh. The breakfast every morning is great, too. Great place and if I'm ever back in NZ again I'll be sure to look into booking again.

Absolutely Amazing stay! Immaculant house, Exceptionally clean and tidy, hospitality from Jan is absolutely Amazing she makes you feel very welcomed...also breakfast was given and very very delicious. No faults what so ever. Most highly recommend this accomodation for anyone(s) AAAA+++++ also the town central is a 2 minute drive away 😁

The host Jan went to great lengths to ensure that we enjoyed her lodgings; spotlessly clean throughout; lovely light and new modern apartment in a quiet area, close to the city. Jan's advice and local knowledge was very helpful, from sightseeing to local food outlets.

There was no negative issues whatsoever.

Jan is the loveliest host, made us a nice and hot breakfast and gave us great tips on where to visit in and around Rotorua! The property had everything we needed and it was spotless. It’s centrally located with plenty of room for parking. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Rotorua!

A superb apartment - well decorated and equipped and with comfy sofas and bed. Jan the host was very helpful and informative and cooked a lovely breakfast every morning for us.

Excellent location close to the lake, town and the attractions. Lovely comfy bed and exceptionally clean. Lovely decor and the large screen tv was great to relax in front of in the evenings.
