Breakfast was beautifully cooked and delicious. A great start to our day so lunch wasn't needed. Jan welcomed us on arrival, showed us through the bnb which was meticulously clean and comfortable. She was very friendly and informative about Rotorua's attractions.

Everything was perfect.

Our stay was absolutly perfect. The apartment is spacious, there is a small garden and everything you need like washing machine, dishwasher, etc. For breakfast there are several delicious options. The host is very friendly and helpful and gave us many useful tipps. We would go there again.

Stayed 4 nights. The unit was spotless and feels like an exceptionally clean and modern home unit with all that's needed. The host Jan was wonderful, with cooked breakfast every morning. quite possibly one of the best bnbs I've ever stayed in (and being in quite a few, in different countries over the years)

"Perfect, immaculate place with an exceptional house"

The host was amazing and gave us lots of insightful information of where to go and what to do. The apartment was immaculate you could eat your dinner off of anything if you so wished. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The host even cooks you a breakfast! Jan also left a delicious chocolate for us both as a welcome treat. Furnishings, fittings and crockery perfect x

"We loved our stay!"

We loved our stay with Jan. She was so accommodating to us, and the breakfast was a great perk- and very tasty! We were able to do laundry which was also great. We had lots of space and everything was clean. Best of all, Jan was a lovely person to meet. Thank you for having us, Jan.

"It was absolutely great"

Everything. It rained for the two days we were there. The unit was fantastic Breakfast was great. Supplied gluten free bread for myself. Host was amazing and extremely helpful

Maybe some hooks on the back of the bathroom door
