Everything. Jan was an absolutely charming host and we were made to feel completely at home from the moment we arrived. The accommodation is excellent in every respect - cleanliness, comfort, space, facilities - and we would have no hesitation in recommending it.

This place was so easy to find, even though it was dark when we arrived. Jan, our hostess, made us feel welcome, and we settled in for a very comfortable night's sleep. The living area, separate from the bedroom, made so much sense as one of us had some work to catch up on. The hot breakfast Jan served us was very welcome. She is warm, caring and very helpful and introduced us to her lovely garden. We had an early start the next day and she happily agreed to serve us an early breakfast to save us time. This place is in a quiet and charming neighbourhood yet is so central. We had a car and drove around, but the beach is close by and has many dining options.

Bright, airy and spacious self contained apartment with own private entry on a quiet street in the suburbs of Rotorua. Great breakfast and cooking facilities provided.

A easy flat 25 minute walk to the city in good weather however plenty of taxi options if needed. 15 mins by car from tfe airport.

"Serene spacious stay minutes from every thing"

Perfect home in neighborhood less than 10 minutes from downtown. Serene light grey and white leave a crisp clean impression and the back garden was in bloom making the small courtyard charming. The house stood out as having everything you might need and a host with a great sense of hospitality- if we can come back we will!

There is very little to dislike- it took me a moment to figure out coffee and without help I would not have had foamed milk- but it was all user error and the host was cheerful and sweet giving me my lesson.
