Very clean and tidy. Jan was a wonderful host! She truly went above and beyond! Home-cooked breakfast every morning was a treat and she really made us feel welcome and gave some amazing suggestions regarding the abundance of things to do in this beautiful town 😊 would definitely recommend!

Jan is a wonderful host and we had a lovely stay in her place. From her friendly greeting to her delicious cooked breakfasts to her great local advice, this was one of our best stays in a long holiday. Her place is comfortable, spacious and has great facilities and you are made to feel like a friend of Jan's as soon as you arrive. We would definitely stay there again if we revisited Rotorua

Long walk into city centre but we knew that when booking. However, there is lot of free parking when you drive into town.

My husband and I stayed here 3 nights and were very impressed with both the property and Jan, the host. The place looks brand new and is quite roomy, quiet and comfortable, and Jan was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were tasty and the B&B was in easy driving distance of major sights as well as downtown restaurants. The fresh roses on the table were a nice touch.

We had a great stay. The accommodation is for a couple really big, completely separate and private from the owners house and full equipped. It's close to all things to visit in Rotorua and also the owner was very friendly. We really recommend this accommodation!

We had a wonderful stay here! Jan was so helpful and friendly, and gave us lots of great recommendations. The house was absolutely spotless, and had everything we needed and more! Great cooking facilities, and a lovely little garden. And a brilliant breakfast in the morning to top it all off. Would highly recommend!

We stayed at Jan’s for 3 nights. Jan is a gracious and warm host with great recommendations on where to visit. It’s clear that Jan takes pride in hosting guests - the home is beautiful, comfortable, clean and well maintained. The bed is very comfortable and the home is very well-equipped with high quality cookware and branded appliances. There’s also a library stocked with books, magazines, and board games. This bnb is also really convenient- just a short drive away from the main area in Rotorua. Despite the proximity to town, it’s situated along a quiet road in a residential area so it’s pretty quiet and we had a restful time after busy days of exploring. We’d love to return one day and will definitely stay at Jan’s!

Jan is an excellent host. She is knowledgeable and extremely friendly. She provided a lovely cooked breakfast to suit your requirements. The accommodation is first class. It is clean, immaculate and light and airy. There is off street parking and a beautiful courtyard garden at the rear.

A genuine top level experience. Jan is a lovely host, cooks an amazing breakfast and has created an outstanding unit that has everything you could need. We thoroughly recommend this to anyone and would stay here again in a heartbeat.
