Rotorua Central Hosted B&B

From the moment we arrived it was evident that Jan took significant pride in her accommodation . Purpose built it was new , immaculately clean and functional. She had intimate knowledge of the Rotorua area and gave helpful recommendations about activities. The kitchen was so well equipped -I even had the use of a slow cooker to make dinner . The laundry facilities were useful after many weeks travelling and the courtyard outside was just so visually appealing with the gorgeous flower garden . Every morning Jan would arrive punctually with our preordered cooked breakfast that fuelled us for our upcoming adventures. Jan was always genuinely interested in our plans and our completed adventures.

The only small thing that we noticed was that there was no shampoo / conditioner provided .

Jan’s place is top notch. Really well designed and furnished, with all necessary appliances. Well located in he center of Rotorua.

It was just perfect! Bed was comfortable, bathroom very clean and the hostess was so very sweet!

Hier stimmt alles! Es handelt sich um eine komplette Ferienwohnung in sehr ruhiger Wohnlage mit einer vollständigen Ausstattung (inkl. Waschmaschine und Spüli) - äußerst sauber, total gemütlich und in einem hervorragenden Zustand. Die Gastgeberin Jan ist eine unglaublich herzliche sowie liebenswürdige Person und brachte uns das (Wunsch)Frühstück jeden Morgen zur vereinbarten Zeit über die Terrasse. Sowohl das Stadtzentrum als auch touristische Attraktionen wie Whakarewarewa sind sehr gut erreichbar - ggfs. auch fußläufig. Rundum eine glatte ZEHN!

Jan is very friendly and welcoming and has many good suggestions about the North Island, not just Rotorua. Very clean and comfortable. Very close to activities.

We loved this accommodation. It is located in a quiet area, close to main attractions. It was super clean, spacious and had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Our host Jan was very helpful with suggestions on places to visit and she cooked amazing breakfasts. We would definitely recommend this accommodation.
