Panoramic View Apartment Without a Kitchen

The view of the aparment is truly amazing and location is very nice, especially when you are interested in Te Puia and the Redwoods area. Also, highly recommend the small restaurant Pinoy Tres Cuisine which is in the same area. This gave us a stay which was uncomplicated - exactly what we needed.

The day we were there, the aparment was very hot. It took some effort to cool it down a bit.

Size and cleanliness of room. It was very comfortable. Location is ideal for walkable restaurants. View from our balcony is amazing.

I booked a breakfast. I had a coffee, orange juice and muesli. I was charged for the orange juice, told it is extra. I had paid for the breakfast package, too. I thought this is very poor for what they charge, and compared to other hotels with a buffet breakfast, you can have unlimited coffee or orange juice while you are eating. This spoilt, what would have been a lovely stay. Just check what you pay for and what's included. We weren't told!!!!

Beautiful views and quiet and peaceful location.

Would have liked pepper and salt. Needed to drive for any food or activities as it's about 5km out of town.

The hosts went the extra mile to make us feel very welcome leaving out a welcome card and treats for us to enjoy. A lovely quiet location with our own parking spot. Everything was beautifully laid out and presented. Our stay included breakfast with good options. We had views of the lake and town. Would highly recommend this as a very relaxing and comfortable stay.

Nice view over the lake. Exceptionally clean. Comfortable bed. Small box of chocolates left as welcome gift.

The view. Beds were comfortable and coffee machine was great. Handy to town.

Was very concerned when my husband nearly fell down the stairs. We came back when it was dark and couldn't find the light switch for the main rooms light. It was partially above the stairs which has a very small landing. This is quite dangerous. No information re the TV. No information as to where to leave the key when vacating. Lots of dishes on the table but no where to wash if used, except for the bathroom. Scale build up on the shower glass and walls.
