The view was incredible within this wonderful residential area of Rotorua. The property was beautiful and provided a wonderful place to enjoy the area. The breakfast was also more than ample!

"The view is fantastic!"

The views of Rotorua are spectacular from the balcony and from the breakfast room and bedroom! We particularly liked watching the sunrise. The coffee machine with multiple options (mocha, flat white, etc) was a nice surprise as well.

Wonderful view of the lake and city lights. Everything was perfect, which made our stay super comfortable. Would highly recommend this place to stay, we’ll be back.

"Perfect getaway place."

I loved the view and how quiet it was.

It was a trade off of location and convenience. I chose the remote area because of the scenery. Walked to town or took taxis. I knew where it was when I booked. No surprise. Just wish it hadn’t rained the whole time. Nothing that could be predicted or controlled.

"Homly stay, will return in the future."

Well equipped with all necessities & cosy with a nice panoramic view. Efficient use of wardrobe wirh racks to put our pack bags. Room was not too cold with just one heat pump. Coffee maker/dispenser was superb!

Breakfast was very plain. Maybe can provide some eggs (to cook hard boil eggs), croissants and pastries.
