Property was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Louise was a super host and gave us lots of useful trips. Would definitely recommend

Nothing all good

It was away from the road, in a beautiful garden setting. The breakfast supplies were ample and delicious. The hosts were friendly and helpful.

A little more soundproofing between host living quarters and guest apartment.

Very friendly & helpful hosts. Louise even offered to take us back to the airport on the second morning to pick up our rental car rather than calling a taxi. Very quiet neighbourhood, though a car is a must if you want to eat out in town. Richmond is great for eating & food shopping (big Woolworth supermarket 5 min drive). The breakfast provisions were superb - especially the fresh fruit! Louise's garden is delightful & we enjoyed sitting outside to eat breakfast each morning.

The working area in the kitchen is limited, though we managed. Indoor seating would be nice if the weather was less pleasant - it didn't really matter to us.

The room was wonderful and the garden was amazing. John and Louise clearly put a lot of care into the grounds. It was a lovely getaway to relax.

The location was a bit difficult to find and is not conveniently located if you do not have a rental car. I would stay here again but next time I would rent a vehicle as bus service in the area is not reliable.

Beautiful cottage in amazing grounds. Our hosts (Louise and John) were fabulous with great advice of things to do. Very comfy bed and a wonderful breakfast of fresh fruit, yogurt and toast. Loved Rosy the dog!

The B&B had three separate areas - bedroom, bathroom, and a mini kitchen. The kitchen was well stocked with breakfast, tea, coffee and also had laundry facilities. The bed was very comfortable. Overall very clean and welcoming, expecially with Pete the cat coming to visit us in the morning.

Close to Richmond centre and quieter than l expected for urban location
