We loved the position with a view of Mt Ella; quiet and away from the busy town life. But a 5 minute walk along railway track into top end of town and our favourite restaurant. Nothing was a problem ; the manager was always available if we had any issues

Everything was very nice. The staff were kind and warm, always ready to assist and accommodate our needs. The property is lovely, and the atmosphere made our stay very comfortable. We appreciated their friendliness and the way they went out of their way to make us feel welcome.

Wir waren im 3 Nächte im Superior Kingsize Doppelzimmer und was soll ich sagen? Es war wohl das schönste Hotelzimmer, das ich je gesehen habe. Unendlich viel Charme bei der Einrichtung, eine Terrasse/Balkon mit einer Mega Aussicht auf Ella Rock, ein Lesezimmer, das über eine Außentreppe exklusiv für die Bewohner dieses Zimmers zu erreichen ist. Ein unendlich gastfreundlicher Host, superleckeres Frühstück, das nach eigenen Wünschen zusammengestellt und auf die eigene Terrasse gebracht wird, ein gemütliches und großes Bett, eine bodentiefe Dusche und und und. Am besten, man erlebt dieses Zimmer selbst einmal! Kleines lustiges Gadget: ein Stock, mit dem man den Affen winken kann, wenn sie merken, dass man gerade frühstückt. So bleiben sie auf Abstand. Der Host hilft auch bei Tagesplanungen, vermittelt TukTuk Driver und Kochkurse direkt nebenan. Mega! Wenn wir mal wieder in Ella sind, werden wir zu 100% wieder hier buchen!

Es war wirklich alles perfekt!

the room was clean and the breakfast was alright.

we had a terrible night becauseat between 1 am and 2 am some guys knocked aggressively at our door looking for a place to sleep and asking if it was a reception or just a room. this happened because our room was at the ground floor facing the sidewalk, so we are sure there was no bad intention but we got scared as hell anyways, and we couldn’t get any sleep at all. plus, the bathroom had a very bad smell, and it was almost impossible to use it, i had to hold my breath every time.

Shower was a bit too cold

Fui sola, pero es ideal también para parejas o familias. Super ideal para luna de miel 😀. Me alojé 4 noches en la "king mountain room" que es hasta para 3 personas (2 en cama grande y otra en un cómodo sofá cama). La habitación es grande, con un baño grande y una ducha también grande con 2 mangueras (para ducharse 2 personas a la vez, si quieren). Tenía unas vistas increíbles a Ella rock. Estás en medio de la selva, oyendo un sonido superrelajante desde la gran terraza de la habitación o la cerrada de arriba (privada para esa habitación también). Puedes ver el amanecer y sentir la naturaleza y sus sonidos si sales a las terrazas. También puedes ver los monos entre los árboles que salen "a desayunar" o más tarde... Incluso alguna ardilla. Está a menos de 3 minutos caminando de la calle principal y tienes a 30 segundos un lugar en donde ponen música y en donde puedes comer también. El desayuno es delicioso y siempre te preguntan si quieres más. Son superamables y Sidath, que habla inglés, te ayuda en lo que necesites: información, encontrar transporte, etc. Increíble experiencia para descansar y disfrutar.

Fue todo perfecto. Una experiencia maravillosa.
