Tolle Lage, alle Hauptsehenswürdigkeiten von Ella sind mit einer Wanderung/ Spaziergang (und dafür ist man ja schließlich in Ella) fußläufig zu erreichen. Nah am Zentrum aber eben doch am Rande und deswegen deutlich entspannter und ruhiger. Tolles Frühstück und unglaublich freundliches Personal. Jederzeit wieder!

De locatie is super! Je loopt eenvoudig naar alle bezienswaardigheden in Ella, je bent zo in het centrum maar zit niet midden in de drukte. Ook het ontbijt was elke ochtend super! Elke dag iets anders met typische Sri Lankaanse gerechten. Personeel super aardig!

This was a fantastic stay. Sidath was very welcoming, he was so helpful and brought us breakfast on the balcony every morning which was delicious and the coffee was so good! The view from our room was beautiful. The room was clean and the property was perfectly located. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, quiet and in nature but really close to the main street. The host literally couldn't do enough for us, he was so helpful and told us about all the walks and shortcuts when we asked. So polite and kind, he even carried our heavy bags upstairs for us. We booked the deluxe room and it had an amazing view of Ella rock and the monkeys and other wildlife we could see in the trees. Breakfast with a view was lovely every morning too. Highly recommend this stay. The shower was also hot with great water pressure!

Idyllic! Incredible view of Ella’s Rock. Extremely comfortable room and bathroom with a powerful hot shower. Amazing breakfast, served in our room on the balcony. Monkeys everywhere! Very short walk along the tracks to town. The staff were very welcoming and always on hand with local advice and directions. A real highlight of our holiday.

The views, the kindness of the hosts, sidath & rathnyake. Making me feel so welcome sidath recommending places to eat & visit. Wonderful food & care.

Amazing location as its not in the busy center but you could easily reach center by walking for barely 3-4 minutes via railway track shortcut. There is a private balcony. Staff is very helpful and accommodating and even own a tuk tuk for quick pick up and drop (on chargeable basis). Breakfast served was very good.

Room is very basic and small but it was expected from photos and is perfect for solo travellers. My only complain is poorly designed washroom, where wash basin is right in front of toilet seat. On top of that, the door almost touches the toilet seat on closing/opening so you need to step away and navigate through the limited space every time you’re opening/closing door. I would suggest to go with bigger room with bigger washroom as location is perfect and staff is very helpful.

The views were amazing and having a balcony was a real bonus! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to assist us.
