Staff were lovely, and breakfast was a standout. View of Ella Rock and balcony was really nice. Location works well (when taking the shortcut, being careful of the railway).

Mainly the shower - soft pressure and mildly warm water, however this is apparently due to the weather in the area and not isolated to the accomodation.

Patīkama, laipna sagaidīšana. Uzreiz pacienāja ar kafiju, ieteica daudz ko. Ļoti laba atrašanās vieta pie paša centra. Ļoti labas brokastis. Istabiņai bija balkons ar krēslu un galdu, pie paša balkona aug džekfrūti un lēkā pērtiķi pa koku- skats izcils.

Duša varēja strādāt labāk.

Great location and very helpful host :) Good mosquito net around the bed. Very good breakfast!

Low water pressure in the shower (not ideal to wash long hair) but not unusual in the area.

Staff was very kind and accomodating. Breakfast was also good. It was a 5-10 min walk to the busy street if you walked over the tracks. I liked that it wasn’t on the busy street so it was quite peaceful . Nice view over Ella rock!

My room smelled very humid and like mold, the towels also had a weird smell to them. The mats in the room looked like they had never been washed. I discovered a lot of mold on my walls and asked if i could move to another room cause I have lung issues. They said they would check but never got back to me…

The hot water was not so hot

The location was perfect for walking into Ella. The Mountain View from our balcony was incredible. The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to be helpful.

The hot water was almost non existent in all 3 rooms we booked.

Wir hatten das Zimmer ganz oben mit dem großen Balkon gebucht. Toller Balkon mit gemütlichen Sitzgelegenheiten. Da ist Zimmer im Stil einer Berghütte. Frühstück reichhaltig.
