We had a great stay! The staff was friendly and have good tips what to do and where to go. They also had scooter rental. The common kitchen was really nice so we could make our own breakfast and they also had free drinkable water. The dog Butsi was cute and friendly! We recommend this place!

Billy was extremely helpful - had plenty of recommendations and would help with anything you needed and very contactable.

Some days is expensive others reasonable price

Location is good. Very close to main road. Lots of small local stores around the area. Close to local shops and restaurants. Staff are nice and friendly.

Booked 2 rooms. Not much space for a bedside table. In one of the rooms, the toilet and shower door hinges are broken and was not fixed. Seems like the problem existed prior to checking in. Unable to close the door of the toilet which was an inconvenience to my guests . Problem raised upon checking in. No choice but to deal with the problem during the whole stay. See photo. The bucket and dipper in the shower are extremely old and so cracked that needs replacing but again not replaced. Shared kitchen space needs a simple upgrade which could make a huge impact to customer satisfaction and experience. Cupboard and cabinets door missing below counter. Fry pans and cooking pots are kept practically on the floor. Even fry pans and cooking pots need upgrading too. Although some customers enjoy presence of pets inside the facility , some customers prefer that they are informed by putting them in the facility description. Business owner should really need to be aware. It’s not fair for customers like us who are dependent on what we really see in photos and some reviews when booking. I could have shared more photos but I think there is no point if issues raised will not be resolved. .
