A fantastic place to stay! Located just steps from the sea, the room was incredible: very clean, big, comfortable, and equipped with everything you could need. Zuzanu cares a lot about her guests.

Il soggiorno da Zuzanu House è stato semplicemente perfetto sotto ogni aspetto. Struttura curata, pulita e dotata di ogni comfort. La colazione merita una menzione speciale: ogni giorno diversa, ricca e curata, con ottimi prodotti locali che raccontano davvero il territorio. Un grazie particolare ai ragazzi della cucina, che ogni mattina preparano le migliori omelette di Zanzibar, sempre con il sorriso. Ma il vero valore aggiunto è Zuzana: una persona straordinaria che mette il cuore in tutto ciò che fa. Si percepisce chiaramente la passione con cui si prende cura degli ospiti, l’attenzione ai dettagli e la scelta consapevole di utilizzare materie prime locali per sostenere la comunità. Qui non sei un semplice cliente: ti senti davvero a casa, accolto con calore e autenticità. Ottimi il rapporto qualità-prezzo e la posizione, a due passi dal mare. Un luogo che consigliamo senza esitazione e in cui torneremmo volentieri.

Our stay at Zuzana House in Nungwi was absolutely wonderful. From the very first moment, Mrs. Zuzana made us feel truly at home and turned our stay into a beautiful and memorable experience. The guesthouse is located just a one-minute walk from the beach, which makes it perfectly convenient while still being quiet and relaxing. Every morning we enjoyed a fresh breakfast prepared with care, always with something different, which made each day start in a special way. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the warm hospitality and friendliness of Zuzana’s family made us feel welcomed like part of the family. Zuzana also gave us the best suggestions for activities, restaurants, and places to explore, helping us experience the very best of Zanzibar. Thanks to her kindness and attention, our stay was truly enchanting. We highly recommend Zuzana House to anyone looking for a cozy, welcoming place near the beach, where genuine hospitality makes all the difference.

Todo nos ha encantado. Zuzana es una anfitriona maravillosa, siempre pendiente de cualquier cosa que pudiésemos necesitar. La casa es muy grande, con habitaciones espaciosas y muy limpias. El desayuno también perfecto, con mucha variedad para elegir. La localización es muy buena, al lado de la playa y mediante la cual puedes ir hasta Kendwa dando un paseo agradable. Sin duda lo recomendaríamos y repetiremos si volvemos.

Zuzanu, Barack and all of the Zuzanu House family were the ultimate hosts! I was traveling solo and they took extra care to see that I was safe and comfortable. The room was so nice and the breakfast was excellent. Zuzanu was available to offer suggestions on things to do. She was the ultimate host and even included me in their Christmas Eve dinner.

Mi dispiace fare questa recensione non del tutto positiva. La struttura in sè è carina con questa piscina centrale molto bella,le camere un po’ meno dato che abbiamo trovato piccoli insetti sui muri,nel letto e sui comodini. Bella la terrazza e non male la colazione.

La posizione non è il massimo dato che è fuori dalla zona turistica ed affaccia su una zona buia e non proprio rassicurante. Farei molta più attenzione alla pulizia delle camere. Inoltre entra facilmente luce quando sorge il sole dato che sopra la porta c’è una vetrata senza tenda e senza possibilità di oscurare la stanza.

The house was very nice. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast was beyond our expectations, many things, all of them fresh and very tasty. Zuzanu was a very nice host! She was very helpful with everything we asked from her during our stay and was willing to tell us things about the island and her personal experiences. The location was also very convenient, 2 minutes from the sea and very close to restaurants and anything else someone might need. 100% would stay again there!!

Hyggelig personale og vert. Eget kjøleskap døgnet rundt med bare en bok en noterte i. God frokost. Nærme strand, 2 min. Veldig fint rom med alt.
