Dieses Hotel ist etwas ganz Besonderes. Alles ist mit Liebe zum Detail gestaltet und spiegelt die authentische afrikanische Kultur auf wunderschöne Weise wider. Es ist kein typisches Hotel, das nur darauf aus ist, Wünsche zu erfüllen – hier geht es um viel mehr: um Menschlichkeit, Herzlichkeit und echtes Interesse. Das gesamte Team ist unglaublich hilfsbereit, offen und herzlich. Man bekommt nicht nur Unterstützung bei allen Fragen rund um Kultur, Umgebung und Ausflüge, sondern auch ehrliche Gespräche und ein echtes Gefühl von Geborgenheit. Schon beim Betreten hat man nicht das Gefühl, im Urlaub zu sein – man fühlt sich, als käme man nach Hause. Diese familiäre Atmosphäre ist einzigartig. Ich bin mit Tränen im Herzen abgereist. Ich war das erste Mal auf Sansibar und habe auch andere Hotels besucht, aber keines war so besonders wie dieses. Ich vermisse die Stimmung, die Wärme und diese besondere Art der Menschen dort. Von tiefstem Herzen empfehle ich dieses Hotel weiter. Es war nicht nur ein Aufenthalt – es war ein Stück Seele

Sia la proprietaria sia i collaboratori sono stati molto gentili con noi, sempre disponibili ad aiutarci nell’organizzazione delle gite e a darci qualsiasi tipo di supporto. La colazione è molto buona, con frutta fresca, pancake o torta fatta in casa, chapati toast e uova, con una marmellata di mango e passion fruit fatta da loro buonissima.

The property was fantastic and with fantastic hosts. Beautiful hotel and very clean which is a must for me. The breakfast was exceptional, spoilt for choice, porridge, fresh fruit, eggs cooked how you like etc etc. My room was lovely and covered all my needs, fridge, hairdryer, kettle and a good shower with instant hot water. And not even a 2 minute walk to the beach. Absolutely a 10 out of 10. Also any information you need about the area my hosts were more than happy to explain, lovely people.

Power cuts, but that is only expected as there is only one electric company in the area.

Zuzanu is an amazing host. Her property, is located in an area that’s a little difficult to find at first but once you get used to the area it’s easy. Her place is steps away from beach and restaurants. She is very accommodating and helpful for any questions we had. The property is clean, shower had good pressure and we had a great stay overall. Wanted to also give a big shout out to barrak , he was an amazing help during our stay and helped with our breakfast as well. 10/10

Een fantastische ervaring bij Zuzanu House Zanzibar! Ons verblijf bij Zuzanu House was echt geweldig. Zuzanu zelf is ontzettend lief, vriendelijk en heel toegankelijk – je voelt je meteen welkom. De kamers zijn ruim, schoon en comfortabel, en elke ochtend werd er een heerlijk, vers ontbijt voor ons klaargemaakt. Wat dit verblijf extra bijzonder maakte, was de persoonlijke aandacht. Als we iets wilden weten over Zanzibar of de omgeving, nam Zuzanu altijd de tijd om ons goed te helpen met tips en advies. Kortom: een perfecte plek om te verblijven als je Zanzibar wilt ontdekken. Wij hebben enorm genoten en zouden zonder twijfel nog eens teruggaan! 🌴✨
