Scam ! Do not go there ! Highly not recommended!!! the owner is disrespectful she was claiming i didnt pay while everything was done online i showed her the receipt i had to contact the local police, than she was convinced that i payed but again she tried to scam me by paying unreal taxes beside ( the only tax to pay in zanzibar is 2 usd ) after very weird situation i have been put ! They provided me with the smelly room cant even get inside left the key and left the place !!

They tried to scam me to pay again even tho payment was done online ! After calling the police she wanted to me pay taxes beside the 2usd for the city ! Room smelly the reception is messy full of alcohol

The staff are amazing

It is way different of the pictures, the wifi barely works, the shower was rusty the breakfast is always the same and the second i tried to drink coffee and they doesn't have, i booked 5 nights, stay for two nights, send a message and a request to change the date they didn't answered

it is not a hotel, it a house used by a certain to blindfold people

Személyzet nemtörödő.Ha kérsz valamit derogàl nekik.Sietette a fizetést és kétszer húzta le a bankàrtyàt,hiàba mondtuk hogy vàrjon mert sikeres volt a tranzakció de erősködött hogy nem.Meg is jött a banktól a visszaigazolàs hogy kétszer fizettünk.36 óràba telt mire jött a tulajdonos visszafizetni a pénzt,holott azt az igéretet kaptuk hogy még aznap visszakapjuk a pénzt.Reggeli gyatra,romlott,rosszízű,még nekik àll feljebb hogyha valamit készíteni kell.Evőeszközök,tànyérok nincs ami van az koszos,rendszertelen.Szobàk,àgyak büdösek,szakadtak.Csótànyok vannak.Àgyneműt,törölközőt nem cserélnek.Nincs villanykörte,szóltunk nem cseréltek.Nincsen piperecikk 1db kis szappan volt 5főnek 6 napra.Nincs víz vagy csak ritkàn.Ablak alatt van egy kút ahol a falusiak hajnal hàromtól csörömpölnek a műanyag flakonokkal hogy vizet merítsenek ezért nem lehet pihenni.Kàvé elfogyott,azt mondtàk vegyünk a boltba,holott jàrna.A szàllàhely képei férevezetőek,nincs tv.Nincs reggelizőhely,nincs asztal.A reggeliző egy dohànyzóasztal kanapéval,ami a tàrsalgó.

Zero. The lady who said shez the owner ddnt gv us directions when we called her and then she told us she has given someone our booking. We ended up roaming the streets looking for a place with our kids up untill 12 midnight. I am so angry and furious

Buena ubicación y el personal muy amable.

No estaba muy limpio, mala organización en el desayuno y lavandería. El baño daba angustia.

Bij het inchecken werden wij niet geïnformeerd hoe laat het ontbijt was. Geen enkel personeelslid gezien gedurende ons 2 nachten verblijf. Het personeel is erg onvriendelijk, ik moest haar uit bed halen om iets te vragen. Wisselgeld geven ze niet terug, moet je ook om vragen. De kamer ruikt onwijs naar schimmel en muf en zit naast een waterput waar vrouwen tot diep in de nacht water halen, dus veel geluidsoverlast. Ik kan deze accommodatie niet aanraden!

La chambre reste agréable malgré le reste.

Mon séjour a été très décevant. La gérante n’est pas du tout agréable, et un des employés a eu un comportement très inapproprié : elle me regardait sans arrêt pendant mes petits déjeuners, m’a filmée sans mon autorisation, et se permet de me demander où je vais après mon départ en venant frapper à ma porte, ce qui m’a mis très mal à l’aise. Il y a aussi des coupures d’électricité et d’eau à répétition, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus compliqué. Un soir, je me suis retrouvée enfermée dehors car la porte principale avait été fermée. Enfin, le “petit déjeuner” annoncé n’en est pas un : j’ai eu droit à un œuf et une demi-crêpe salée, sans même un verre d’eau. Je ne recommande pas du tout cet établissement, autant pour le manque de confort que pour le comportement du personnel.
