No one was there to greet or help with luggage up very steep stairs. Initially we were put in a dark, creepy attic room at the top of 3 flights of stairs. There is no description on Booking. I just had knee surgery- but we were able to change rooms. We were not told we had to fill out a form for breakfast. When we got to dining room the woman was not very nice and refused to let us order anything. She finally served us oatmeal, while other guests had a decent breakfast. I do not recommend this establishment. Beware of stairs and no one to help. They did have ground floor rooms though. Also a ramp in front would be helpful as guest need to wheel luggage in and out. Town is charming and Painted Pony was excellent for dinner.

Quiet, quaint, quick.

How thoughtful the amenities were. The sun comes in between the curtain and the wall... there is a small hook to close the gap. Wonderful experience.

Jessica was a fantastic host—very caring and made us feel welcome! The breakfast was exceptional and included great vegetarian options. The Mulberry Inn was even more beautiful than in the photos and exceeded our expectations—there was a lot to discover! It’s ideally located for a day trip to Zion National Park.

Jessica was Fantastic, simply the best we could have hoped for! Mullberry Inn was equally terrific! The house decor was awesome, and everything was just perfect!

Nothing disappointed. We were very much impressed with the entire experience.

Location. The bed was a California King and exceptional. The room was very large, quiet and comfortable. The television, unfortunately, did not work and there is no staff on site after 8 PM. I went out for dinner and got back at 8:30. It didn’t matter to me because I read until 10. Went to bed and slept like a rock! Best night of sleep on my trip! Way out shine The Trump Hotel in Vegas!

The shower. It is tiny. The soap, shampoo and conditioner are of excellent quality. The rain type shower head rains down upon you. The hot is hot and cold is cold. Shower pressure is excellent. But! The shower is divided from the bathroom sink and stool by 18-20” by a shower curtain. The shower itself is a bit over 3.5” wide and 2-3 yards long. Very tight and I worried that water would flood the bathroom.
