The whole vibe was beautiful - Peggy the owner was the most responsive for any stay that I’ve had anywhere in the world.

I stayed on a Saturday night and there was a bar close by that I could here until 1am -

The Inn was charming and beautiful! The staff was amazing! The breakfast was incredibly delicious! I will definitely be booking a stay there the next time I'm in St. George.

If steep stairs are difficult for you, ask for a room on the ground floor.

This bed and breakfast was amazing! We absolutely loved the book theme! We stayed in the Fogg room! The car tub was amazing! The ambience was incredible! The room was spacious and had so many fun details! I loved every inch of this bed and breakfast! Peggy was an amazing host! She was very friendly and personable! Check in was easy and quick and breakfast was so delicious! We were there for our anniversary but saw family’s, and groups of friends there! It just seemed like a fun place to gather! We will definitely go again!

I never usually get around to leaving a review, but Peggy went above and beyond! Was a beautiful property and the breakfasts were amazing. Mulberry Inn was a really special place on our wedding trip.

"Superb"

Peggy was a joy to talk with and very helpful. She showed us around the building, told us about it's history, made dining recommendations and shared her favorite hiking trail at Snow Canyon State Park. Many restaurants are a short walk. Our room was the smallest on the property but was very comfortable.

The bathroom and shower are extremely small in the room we were in. A large person may want to inquire, as I'm sure they are all different.

we arrived after 6 pm, the check-in instructions stated that check-in was from 3 to 6 and then you check in yourself, but they met us and took us to our room, showed us the room and asked if we liked everything

We had a huge balcony in our room but smoking on the balcony was not allowed, perhaps this was the only inconvenient moment that did not affect our impression of the hotel
