The location was good. The staff did respond to phone calls.

The door lock to our room failed so we were offered a different room at a discount. The other room was cramped but we didn't want to keep moving rooms so we stayed. No one stays there so no onsite support.

The location was great. The rooms were roomy and bed was very comfortable.

Really can’t say I disliked anything.

the multiple codes to remember getting in and out of 2 doors. nobody answers the phone for assistance. the number posted online is not the number. nobody ever called back after I left several messages about being locked out if my room for the entire night. not even so much as a follow up after my check out, after I had to go through the window to get into my room. thank god the window was unlocked because I wouldn’t have bee able to check out and get to the airport on time with no one answering the phone to try and give some assistance. will NEVER stay here again. also it was stated that I would receive money back as long as no damages were made, I’ve yet to receive that. there’s nothing wrong with the room I spent 1 hour in and y’all are still holding on to my $100

It was in walking distance of the French quarter. Cute inspired by the theme of the French Quarter. Definitely had the whole New Orleans vibe.

The door doesn’t latch tight, we had to prop a chair under the door each night. We had homeless sleeping right outside our door both nights. There was a drunken homeless man asking for money that appeared to stay in the courtyard right outside our room and asked for money and urinated all over the courtyard. We had to check where he was before leaving so our daughter wouldn’t see anything. the place itself has holes around the plumbing that allows daylight in, had several bugs in the property as well. The floors slope to the center of the building and the floors were dirty. The mattress is very uncomfortable. The only staff we found was when we arrived were cleaning ladies who were nice enough to call the manager for us. The entire place smells like mold and mildew. The kitchen area is a shared space which you have to walk outside and into another door to access it. safety was questionable and it made it worse that the vegetation right outside the door is so overgrown that you can’t walk up and down the stairs without the plants touching you and getting your clothes wet. The air conditioning did not keep up during the day and it was hot in the room at all times.

Great accommodation for a trip to New Orleans, conveniently located at walking distance from the french quarter, with a little courtyard for chilling out, decently equiped common kitchen and a big plus, free parking on the street, with always available parking spots. If the room faces the street it might get a bit noisy during the night, but let's not forget that everybody is coming over to have a good time. The property itself is very quiet and well managed.
