"Not worth the money spent. Disappointing."

The room was large.

Large picture fell off the wall behind the bed. Was on held up by a tiny nail. Lamps were not plugged in so i had to move the bed to plug them in. Constant fan noise all-day and night. The controls on thermostat did not work to turn it off. Very annoying. Had to ask for more toilet paper and paper towels for kitchen. Chairs falling apart in our room. No extra blanket. Grounds not maintained. Messaged and texted Kit but received no reply. Received messages from second person promptly but prefer to have people available during my stay.
