I recently stayed at this property, and it was a disappointing experience, especially given that I paid nearly $800 for just two nights. We had reserved a room with a terrace, which was not provided upon arrival. This was a major letdown, as the terrace was one of the main reasons we chose this accommodation. The room itself had several issues that made our stay uncomfortable. The kitchen and one of the bedroom lights didn’t work, which made the space feel dark and unwelcoming. We also expected a fully equipped kitchen, but instead, we were left with only a hot plate and microwave—no stove, which limited our cooking options considerably. To top it off, the refrigerator was broken. When I informed the maintenance staff, they suggested I try moving it myself to check the breaker on the outlet. I am 56 years old and on vacation—I should not be expected to move heavy appliances and risk injury. This lack of basic service and functionality is unacceptable, especially at this price point. I expected far better accommodations and customer service. This experience definitely fell short of the mark and left us very disappointed with our stay.

Apartment was very clean, very good description of rooms. Parking on street was great!

Definitely not the place that was advertised online. Sketchy is an understatement. If I could rate 0 stars I would. Basically a rent a room, no staff, side door leads to a shared balcony with no way to be secured. Very over grown and scary is the only way I can describe the outside. We said no way and got the heck out. Please do yourself a favor and run from this one!

It was a very cute cubby hole. Long and private with a gorgeous public courtyard. Conveniently located near the French Quarter.

The wifi was really, really bad. Beds were stiff and uncomfortable, sheets felt like tarp. The AC is extremely loud and the coffee maker looked like it hadn't been cleaned since 1782.

The history and architecture of this house is incredible. Definitive New Orleans. Highly recommend.

Very clean, comfortable, 10 minutes walk from Bourbon street and Frenchmen street! Recomended!
