The location! The history of the building! The vibes were impeccable. Plus everything was within a 20min walk or 5-6min drive. Absolutely loved it!

The fridge didn't work the whole time we were there. The freezer worked great! But by the time we noticed it wasn't taking its time getting colder our trip was almost over. But no complaints besides that.

Location is convenient to French Quarter and Frenchman Street.

We were there on a very cold day. The window unit could not warm the room sufficiently. Pretty drafty old building.

Location was amazing. The "upstairs" rooms where I had friends staying seemed fine. Loved the greenery.

We booked the "double room with terrace". By terrace, they just mean "the outdoor space at the front of the building", which was completely misleading. The room was at the ground floor but felt like a basement, and had ZERO natural light, no windows at all (photos show windows but they're fully obstructed, the space is completely dark). Ceiling heights are extremely low, about 7 feet high. Large footprint but not the right fit. I am claustrophobic and had an actual panic attack waking up there. Felt very sketchy and downright unpleasant. Wouldn't recommend.

It was convenient location wise..the bed were comfortable

We stayed in room 8 and if the ac was not on it was pretty mildew smell. My brother is 6'6 and he had to duck alot. So of the towels did not look clean.. I had and issue with the door falling off the hinges, I texted the maintenance man and he came right over ( that was a good thing) The hot water handle in the kitchen kept falling off..
