Calm and relaxing

The choice of breakfast items was good, including the ability to use one of the choices as a take-away lunch. The pool was a welcome relief after a hot day. The room was very comfortable. The location, away from the main street but walkable to restaurants, was a big plus.

There was always a shortage of ice; perhaps investing in an ice machine would be worthwhile. The staff was very nice and helpful when we finally met them but the 'contactless' welcome (carried over from Covid days) was off-putting; a personal welcome would have been appreciated.

Loved the ambience- staff was helpful and friendly. Lots of character and thought. Loved the way breakfast was presented ( cute little mason jars) and how they catered to our dietary needs.

John welcomed us and gave us super suggestions for dining and entertainment nearby. Naomi was a kindred spirit and we enjoyed chatting with her as she tended the pool area and breakfast room. The grounds were gorgeous, the room super cozy with all the amenities and the pool temp was perfect as well a the hot tub! Special added touches of cookies left in a bag on your door when you're off on an adventure and a to-go bag offered on your departure mage this our top place we've traveled! We hope to return soon!!

Not a thing!

Super comfortable room with excellent mattress, good lighting and storage space to unpack, long sofa and small desk. Easy parking. Hot tub and (in season) pool. But the best are the ridiculously enormous breakfasts! Delicious and ample. Naomi could not have been more helpful, and as at most B&Bs, guests are friendly and eager to exchange travel tips. There are even guest laundry facilities. Location is about 3 blocks up from Main St. We walked to dinner every night. Really, A plus.
