fantastic! much better than Hilton

The B&B is very cute and everything is furnished and prepared with a lot of care. The service was outstanding and very friendly and we were sad not to be staying longer!

We loved the breakfasts, view, bed, staff, parking, scones, TV, shower.

The coffee could’ve been better, and the mugs bigger. The night light switch did nothing; a night light would’ve been very helpful. Bathroom ceiling fan in our room (and other rooms!) was terribly loud, but we were so tired from day hikes that it didn’t matter that much.

A fabulous breakfast, very generous, we always had leftovers for lunch. Hot coffee and tea throughout the day, fresh baked cookies delivered to your room in the afternoon, access to a large fridge and washer/dryer, and a lovely swimming pool. The gardens are gorgeous, and it's away from the busy highway. The staff go out of their way to make you comfortable, and even when we had our day wrong to check out and went river rafting instead, they were very understanding and helped us find another place very quickly.

What could have been better? We would have stayed longer. It's a great location with easy access to Arches and Canyonlands.

This is a wonderful B&B. Location is great - easy walk to restaurants, bars and shops and a short drive to Arches NP. Emily and the staff are all so welcoming and friendly. The breakfast that is ordered the night before is ideal and beautifully presented. The garden and swimming pool are a lovely bonus. We stayed in the Apple Cellar which is a really comfortable room and had everything we needed. There is plenty of parking available.

Everything was done to an incredibly high standard - there was nothing we didn't like.

Loved breakfast, the location, the spa, the grounds, the Loft suite, and the helpful and kind responses of all we spoke to at the Inn.

there’s some critters in our room nigel tried to control them with organic spray which i appreciate very much can’t control the aircon that goodness we didn’t need to turn them on during our stay
