Theresa is a fine host. Good communication. Easy access. The room is separate from the rest of the house, and feels very private. The bed has a very comfortable mattress. Walking distance to Amtrak, Outrider (CDOT) bus.

Very clean, Theresa was very nice, accomodations adequate for sure.

The listing showed two things that aren't actually in the loft, bathtub and kitchen range. I think the listing could be more clear.

Theresa was extremely friendly and welcoming. She recommended places to visit , including an excellent nearby Italian restaurant. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, and just a 15 minute stroll to rhe centre of the fascinating little town of Trinidad. Lots of history to be found here. In hindsight, I should have booked for an extra night, to visit all this interesting little town has to offer.

There was very little not to like in this accommodation. The stairs to the room are quite steep (as advised), and breakfast is not included (also as advised), but these are tiny inconveniences in an otherwise exceptional place to stay.
