Breakfest was great

There was nothing my expectation were all taken care beyond my expectations.

Erin, our host, was welcoming and friendly at every encounter. Our room, the Honeymoon Suite, was perfect for a six night stay for a couple of grandparents in town for a week of Dreams Park baseball. The room was clean and large, with plenty of room for all of our clothes in two dressers and two closets. There were multiple charging ports throughout the room, and even the necessary charging cords for every type of device. The coffee table raised up to transform into a desk where we could comfortably do computer work. We had a private balcony overlooking a stream. Breakfasts were simple and delicious, with gracious accommodations made for my gluten allergy. The facility is approximately 5 minutes away from Dreams Park and about 10 minutes from downtown Cooperstown. A perfect location and a wonderful stay.

Erin. The property owner was very kind. The room was cleaned daily, breakfast was delicious, and the conversation was great. The views were beautiful. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I was there for my son’s baseball tournament in Cooperstown Dreams Park. The property is a 7 minute drive. Perfect.

The bed and breakfast was extremely nice and the owner was very pleasant and was also very helpful with information about the area. The breakfast served was excellent and was prepared at the time not in advance then heated up.

Erin was extremely helpful in selecting restaurants and places to visit in Cooperstown. Breakfast was always excellent Hospitality could not be any better.
